Clarks Women's Comfortable Ankle Strap Sandals - Stylish Summer Casual Shoes for Walking, Travel & Beach Outfits

I searched for a discontinued Clark's item, the Blake Jewel sandal, which is sort of like a doc marten's sandal, not like the usual Clark's styles, but still super comfortable and it fit me well (i have a sort of narrow foot but don't buy narrow-fitting shoes, usually buy a regular medium width) and I always get many compliments from all sorts of ppl when I wear them, but Clark's will not make them anymore. I was unsure of which size to buy since the only ones left are UK sizing. I did some research and found out that UK is basically two whole sizes down from US, so I ordered a 6 when I am generally an 8. They came yesterday and I'm so happy I bought them. I'm ordering another pair since it looks like there is only one left in my size. If you like this shoe and you are hesitating, it was a good purchase. Also, the UK size said it was an 8 1/2 to US, not 8 -- I measured them to the ones I have and the ones I got are slightly slightly larger but they fit me fine. There are not many sizes left so there are no UK 5.5 which I guess for this outlet would be the US 8, so I ordered another UK 6 as it was the last one. I love these shoes and am thrilled to get a couple more pairs!The sizing is spot on. I'm a size 5 and they are a perfect fit and very comfortable. I should say however, that these are quite narrow sandals. I've got a narrow foot and struggle to buy anything that doesn't gape on me. I bought the 'medium' width. They felt comfortable straight away! No need to ''wear them in''. I'm very happy so far with these sandals. They don't look like they will last very long though. It's a lot of money for something that is light weight and strappy. Still - apart from the price - definitely a 5* atm!Look nice but very narrow. If you have standard or wide feet I don't recomondMy clarks heels are 9th and it's perfect size. These sandals are 9th size and a little bit large. Some of my trainers are 8th size, so you never know what size choose. Also they're not for wide feets. All my shoes I have are only clarks. One star less because of size.I had high hopes for these, as they are Clark’s.The straps are extremely stingy in length, they honestly just about did up around my ankles. The uppers are leather, but are lined with PU fake leather, so are never going to properly mould to your foot. I returned them for a refund, expected better from Clark’s and for the price.I have slim backless and could hardly get the strap done up, realised theses came as a d fitting, could not see anywhere to return and change width, item returned.
